Contractual Orientation
By accessing dietetykonline.pl, you enter into a binding agreement with Dietetyk Online, based in Kraków at ul. Floriańska 15. These terms govern all nutrition coaching, specialized plans, and online consultations provided through our digital alchemy interface.
User Responsibility
Clients are required to provide accurate health histories and recent blood work where applicable. Failure to disclose medical conditions or dietary allergies remains the user's sole responsibility.
Service Provision
We provide evidence-based coaching following WHO standards. Our role is guidance and strategy; the execution and subsequent health outcomes depend on individual compliance.
Clinical Science vs. Pure Coaching
Medical Disclaimer
Dietetyk Online does not provide medical treatment or diagnostic services for chronic diseases. Our consultations are educational and strategy-focused. If your physiological markers indicate the need for medical intervention, we will provide a clinical referral.
Payment & Cancellations
All sessions must be paid in advance. Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are subject to a 100% service fee.
Coaching Sustainability
Sustainable results require a minimum 3-month commitment for One-on-One coaching. Single expert consultations are limited to specific question-answer formats and do not constitute a long-term plan.
Data Integrity
Consultation outputs and meal strategies are protected by copyright. They are intended for the personal use of the client only and may not be redistributed or resold to third parties.
Registration of Intent
By submitting this form, you acknowledge our Terms of Service regarding online consultation and agree to our processing of dietary data for the purpose of health optimization.
Liability & Rights

Dietetyk Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the recommendations provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session.
Intellectual Property
All botanical imagery, diagnostic workflows, and unique meal strategy protocols are the property of Dietetyk Online. No site content may be modified, adapted, or leveraged for commercial use without express written consent.
Jurisdiction & Kraków
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the provision of nutrition coaching will be settled by the courts of jurisdiction in Kraków, Poland.
